Future Vision

About Us:

Future Vision Organisation was established in late 2019 to provide education and rehabilitation for special-needs children. After the Islamic State forces left Al-Raqqa, 44% of schools had suffered damage and destruction, making a third of the schools barely functional. For children with disabilities, this presented a more significant challenge, not only because of the lack of access to schools but the lack of access to inclusive ones equipped for their needs. The Future Vision Organisation works with children in northeastern Syria with disabilities from motor impairment, autism, down syndrome and cerebral atrophy.

About The Project:

With a mission to provide access to education while undergoing rehabilitation and training at no cost, the organisation's end goal is to facilitate integrating children with disabilities into society and transforming them from socially marginalised groups into active and integrated groups. The organisation additionally provides an awareness course for parents.
